Please contact us through our online contact form. We can also be contacted by mail, our contact address can be found under 'About Us' menu at the top of the page.

We do not have a physical store at the moment. We may open a small shop sometime in the future but not now.

Packaging (1)

Almost all items we sell are non-fragile items. they may be valuable but non-fragile. We will pack your items according to normal standards in shipments using necessary paddings to ensure the items you bought arrives to you safely and in the same condition as we shipped them.

At the moment, we only offer Malaysian Postal Service Air Parcel shipping service for all destinations. Please visit  Malaysian Postal Service Air Parcel for more information on them.

We are currently testing UPS integration into our system and UPS will be available as soon as we are satisfied with the results.

We currently sells and ships to the following countries :-

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America.

If your country is not listed, please let us know, we will consider them on a case per case basis. As a rule of thumb, if your billing and shipping address is the same then we will consider them.

We currently ships from a few locations in Malaysia, mainly from Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and Bintulu using Pos Malaysia Air Parcel service. The shipping rates can be checked here. The total shipping rates on your checkout page includes additional fees for packaging and handling. Some items requires special handling such as the mats and other valuable items.

Taxes (1)

No, you will be fully responsible for all the taxes that might incur on your purchase, however all items shipped will be labeled as 'gifts'.
